Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of ClassPilot AI. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian knows you use ClassPilot and agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Follow your school's academic integrity and AI policies. If your teacher requires you to disclose AI help, disclose it.
- Review anything ClassPilot produces before relying on it. AI can be wrong, including facts, quotes, citations and calculations.
- Don't submit AI-generated work as entirely your own where that is not allowed.
- Keep your password safe, and don't share your account.
- Only upload material you have the right to use.
What ClassPilot does and doesn't do
ClassPilot helps you organize, understand and work on assignments. It does not submit work to your school, contact teachers, or guarantee any grade or outcome. Requirement checks look for evidence in your text and can't judge quality the way a teacher does.
Your content
You own the work you create and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing, and you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Prices may change with notice. [Set the refund policy before launch.]
Third-party services
Google Classroom, Stripe and our AI provider are separate services with their own terms. ClassPilot AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by trying to access other users' data or abuse AI limits.
Disclaimers
ClassPilot is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. [Have counsel review this section and add governing law.]
